Kepiting Saus Padang (Hot Sauce Crab)
Bahan:
6 buah kepiting/rajungan
4 sdm saos tiram
5 sdm saos tomat
3 sdm saos sambal botolan
2 sdm cabe merah giling
150 ml air
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt Garam
1 sdm Gula pasir
1 telur ayam
Minyak untuk menumis
Ingredients:
6 whole Crabs
4 Tsp Oyster Sauce
5 Tsp Tomatoes Sauce
3 Tsp Chili Sauce
2 Tsp Grinded Chilies
150 ml water
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1 chicken egg
Oil for sauteing
Bumbu haluskan:
5 siung bawang merah, tumis
3 siung bawang putih, tumis
5 buah cabe rawit merah, tumis sampai layu
2 cm jahe, haluskan
Refined Ingredients:
5 pieces Shallot, sauted
3 clove Garlic, sauted
5 pieces hot Chilies, sauted
2 cm Ginger, refined
Cara memasak:
1. Rebus kepiting sampai matang lalu belah badannya menjadi 2 bagian. Atau deep fried juga boleh.
2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
3. Bubuhkan saos tiram, saos tomat, cabe merah giling, dan sisa bahan lainnya.
4. Masukkan kepiting rebus,telur dan langsung masukan air, aduk sampai rata. Masak sampai kuah mengental.
Untuk 4-6 orang
Directions:
1. Boil crabs until welldone, cut two pieces. Or deep fried crabs
2. Put sauted ingredients.
3. Add Oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, hot chili and other ingredients.
4. Put crabs,egg and water directly stir well. Cook until the water become thick.
For 4-6 people
